MELINI

The house of Melini is located at Gaggiano, 300 metres up in the Chianti Classico hills on the road that runs between Poggibonsi and Castellina. Melini’s long tradition goes all the way back to 1705, when the estate was founded on the philosophy of enhancing and characterising Chianti Classico. Its story goes hand in hand with that of Chianti and the first attempts to introduce this wine to the overseas market.
