On May 22nd, after a few months of work and more than 500 000 euros invested, the self-service restaurant “Priscilla” opened on the floor -1 of the Natali Building.
At the beginning of the year, Benny Sas and Safran Srl, a company belonging to the Natali Group, signed an agreement to set up and manage a new restaurant that was inaugurated during the last days.
With a surface area of 600 square meters, it consists of three differently furnished rooms, including a lounge for business lunches, a self-service restaurant and a bar. The restaurant offers high quality food prepared by two qualified chefs who will provide almost 50 000 meals per year to the sub district.
“Great efforts have been made by both sides”, said Mr. Natali, CEO of the homonymous Group, “but our aim was to provide a service in line with our standards and we knew we would not have to make compromises”.
“The choice of the most suitable company for the project, Benny Sas, has been carefully considered” added Mr. Natali.
“We assessed other candidates but our purpose was not to open a canteen but a restaurant in a warm and comfortable environment providing a high quality service. The result achieved is proof that hard work always pays off and we are convinced that we will be able to offer genuine “added value” to our clients. With the arrival of “Priscilla”, the Building is almost fully occupied and we feel really proud to have achieved such a result in only 28 months after the opening of the Building, considering that we are experiencing a very difficult time that is being affected by the economic crisis. We think we have succeeded in creating something unique in the local scene”.
