In the aftermath of the First World War, brothers Aldo and Rinaldo Venturini founded a company dedicated to the distribution of oil and flour that soon became the supplier of the Royal Navy for all food products. Business continued without interruption even during the following War and despite the Nazi occupation.
Giorgio Natali, Aldo’s son-in-law, entered the business in 1960 and contributed to reinforce the growth in the ship supply industry over the next 35 years. In the mid-80s the company leadership passed on to his son Alessandro who has worked consistently over the last 32 years to affirm the company position in the global market.

In 1984 the operational headquarters were transferred to a multifunctional business centre, where all the services dedicated to clients have been integrated. In addition to the warehouses and the temperature-controlled storage rooms, the new location includes the sales department, the logistics, the transport department and the customer care section.
In 2010 the company started the construction of its own multifunctional building, the Natali Building, entirely self-financed and equipped with the most updated technical services, designed to keep up with a growth that has never stopped, even during the recent difficult times in the global economy.
The Natali Building, located in an abandoned refinery of the 80s and inaugurated in 2014, today includes, besides the Natali group, a multinational company and some leading organizations in the Communications and Marketing area, and will be able to hire more than 500 people.
