The Natali Alessandro S.p.a. has a slim structure but at the same time is capable of managing all the supply chain stages. The Group owns also the 100% of Safran S.r.l. and the 33% of Olojin S.r.l.

PURCHASING OFFICE

The key strength of the company is the purchasing office, which is the heart of the organization and has been the subject of the largest investments in the last 20 years. One of the main guarantees that the Natali S.p.a. offers to its clients is the possibility to purchase directly from the world’s largest producers, without intermediaries or indirectly. This process produces a series of benefits, such as the obtainment of a better price, the delivery of always factory-fresh products, and the essential possibility to have direct control upon the conformity of the incoming product compared to the client wish. The excellent work has allowed to obtain distribution contracts with almost every major global brand in the DF and Travel Retail department, managing more than 1500 items.

ADMINISTRATION

It maintains and organizes all the economic relationships with the clients and with the national banking system, it also finds and manages the financial resources necessary for the execution of the social activity. Frequently the administration is considered necessary but subsidiary in the company strategy. The Natali Alessandro S.p.a. considers it the central part of the program. To have the right resources means to have a dynamic and successful negotiation with the suppliers of goods and services and have the possibility to choose the best quality at the right price and also to invest in order to expand further the sales structure.

BACK OFFICE SALES

The flagship of the company is the back office service: a department that offers a truly customized service to each client. Every open code corresponds to a profile in which all the clients requests are indicated and guidelines are created in order to fulfill every possible need. The company has highly qualified personnel who is able to answer in all the main languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Russian, Croatian, Chinese and Arabic.

CUSTOMS SERVICE
AND TRANSPORTATION LOGISTICS

Within the structure there is a specific transportation and logistics office that takes care of every aspect of the door to door transports, by land, by sea or by air, planning every detail, including potential insurance coverage. Another strong point of the company is the presence of its own internal customs office. Working as a customs broker for Natali S.p.a. means to reduce the final cost of the clients, as well as solve internally and rapidly every customs problem without having to depend on external companies, by communicating electronically with the national customs system.

WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS

Located in the company headquarters, the private customs warehouse offers the possibility to maintain the products in stock without importing them on the Italian market and allows the company to organize the shipments without having to turn to external companies. This factor represents an additional guarantee for the client, because each load can be prepared and controlled internally offering a better service compared to the one of external forwarders. The warehouse is provided with temperature-controlled refrigerating rooms and is also able to prepare shipments with special packaging in order to guarantee the safe transportation of the goods even in the most difficult areas of the planet.

Today the company warehouses cover a very extended range: Italy: La Spezia, Genoa and Milan Holland: Rotterdam France: Nice Spain: Algeciras Dubai: Jebel Ali Hong Kong Singapore All the related movements merge into an integrated computer system which allows to control in real time the product availability and its rotation 24 hours a day.
